Probably an easy one; I've searched the manual and the forum and I'm hoping someone can respond with an simple one-liner: how do you print out all the commands that are listed in the <shift> <L> list?

Do people still print things on paper?

One prniter I had was destroyed by my bad-temper and annoyance in a bad moment.
2 years ago, the other printer's cartridges were completely dried. I haven't bothered to replace them

Not paper. But you can print to (searchable) PDF. Or put them in a spreadsheet showing alphanumeric keys on one axis and modifier keys on the other so you can quickly see unused key commands (there are thousands). Or to a text document you can edit to show only the more frequently used things.

Actually putting the list into a spreadsheet is a great idea. :headbang:

I thought so. Here's an earlier version I did in Excel. It would need updating with a dump of the commands list in DP 9.

Look at the second sheet: Sheet 1-1. Some of the Mac keyboard characters in the last rows don't show.

This can be done with the use of the Lookup functions and Pivot tables using the first sheet which is basically a copy and paste of the print file from DP.

Shooshie is the command list guru in these parts. I seem to recall him posting various ways do this. I would do an advanced search on his posts.

Most likely stating the obvious for many here, but this will be helpful if I forget how and do a future search

Searchable PDF
