Kelley's and Sweetwater have the upgrade from previous version for $89, same as Avid..
Competitive crossgrade is $199 (not on Avid's web site)

Still beats the annual subscription "bargain" price of $119/year for the crossgrade. They even reassure you that, if you don't renew, the software will stop working. Isn't that nice of them?

Just for kicks, I checked. The NOFOOLING code does not work with the competitive crossgrade to Finale.

I have a Finale license that I could upgrade at the $79 if I needed another. When I bought F2014, the crossgrade was $30 less than the upgrade, so my F2011 license is still eligible. I have plenty more old licenses of Encore and other ancient history so I will play the game again when it is time for the next version.
