Hi I have had this MOTU for a few years now, and since Windows 8 there has been a BSOD every 2nd week with dpc watchdog violation error. I have contacted support every single time this happens with a dump but no avail.

Also I've had issues especially in Chrome and games where the sounds starts popping a little, and then the crackling gets massive in the end, so I have to close down the process. After opening it, it is OK for a few minutes, and then it starts again.

I have now disabled WaveRT and Routing to see if that helps. No BSOD or crackling so far, but too early to tell if it's fixed.

Sample rate: 88200, 256 samples latency.
Mobo: Asus X99 Deluxe
CPU: i7-5930k

Has anyone had similar issues?

Nopes, but I'm on Windows 7, 64-bit. I run at 96000 Hz, WaveRT disabled, and I use Opera (which is said to use Chrome's rendering engine), but apart from a certain scenario (looping super short .wav files in WinAmp), my system is rock solid.

I am still running fine without WaveRT. No crackling or BSODs yet!
