Transmit sync to two hardware devices crashing dp

Hi All,
I can't seem to get my set up to transmit sync to more than one hardware device without crashing. I then am unable to restart DP 9 without it freezing forcing me to have to restart my computer before it will boot up dp 9 again.
I'm transmitting sync - MIDI beat clocks to a dx200 and elektron rytm.
I am able to transmit sync and hit the play or record button on dp 9 when i set up my MIDI to transmit to just one of the two devices. everything works great.
