I still don't have an upgrade path to Studio though?? probably email them before I upgrade to find out.
$149
You get there by clicking on "select" when you are on the Main Melodyne 4 page. It will take you to a page where you can add the appropriate version to your cart.
this is what I get when I do that (I'm logged in BTW) ...
Switch to Melodyne studio
Upgrade from Melodyne assistant (all versions) to Melodyne 4 studio US$599 Add to cart
Upgrade from Melodyne essential (all versions) to Melodyne 4 studio US$749 Add to cart
Upgrade from Melodyne studio (Version 1 or 2) or Melodyne cre8 (all versions) to Melodyne 4 studio US$149 Add to cart
No mention of Editor. Emailed them about it!
M2 Studio Ultra, RME Babyface FS, Slate Raven Mti2, NI SL88 MKII, Linnstrument, MPC Live II, Launchpad MK3. Hundreds of plug ins.
It's $149! I would say $50 more isn't a bad freaking price for the full Studio 4 from Editor 2!
As per my email:
In our shop, click Melodyne studio first, then scroll down to see the upgrades.
So instead of going to the upgrade path you click on like you're buying Studio Studio full version, and it gives you the upgrade from Editor option. Bad webpage design there.
..of course my roommate is moving out next month, there goes that income, but I think I can't pass this up.

Sorry didn't beat you with my edit, click like you're going to buy the full version and down bellow on the next page it gives you Editor upgrade options

In other words, following the "select" button on the bottom of the page gets you nowhere! no option for Editor upgrades to Studio there.
You have to select Studio from that same page like you're buying the full version. then scroll to the bottom bellow the "buy at full price" part.... Bad web page design.

OK, I see it now. Weird. I can't knock the price, however.
I see that Sweetwater has taken all of the upgrade info off their web site. I'll wait till tomorrow to see if they have v.4 there. If not, I now know how to order directly.
Thanks!

No problem. Have you seen the video on4? My gawd!
I mainly use Melodyne for sound design so this is an absolute 100% no brainer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol0OZ3xzsjs

"Melodyne can do still more…"
That's an understatement if I ever heard one.
Sweetwater got back to me on a price. $299 for the upgrade. OK… I like to support them but not enough to pay double, right?

I have the same thing. At $149 it is definitely worth it. I think I will email them as well.

Exactly!
I support them when they match prices, unless like in this case where the developer matches or beats the price. Absolutely no offense to Sweetwater meant, they're a great outfit, but straight from the source is always going to support the developers the best.

Yes, that's where I found it.
I purchased it at $149 for the upgrade to the full version from Editor v2. However, their download page is broken.

Just watched the stuff on EQ and per-note spectrum control. Also saw the new tools for editing tempo!! Really stunning.
I have to say, as someone who deals with DP's tempo editor, I really would love to see some "borrowing" in that area!!
