Sounds like piano 7th when pressing mute in Cuemix

1st thing:
When I start the PC, I can't here any sound from the inputs. If I press the General Mute and then press it again everything works perfectly.
2nd thing:
I hear a strong piano like sound when I press the general mute and 8 different sounds when pressing the 1 to 8 channel mute buttons.
Each channel mute generates a sound made up of two notes playing together like a minor seventh increasing a half step from channel 1 to channel 8. I have a recording but don't know how to attach here.
Now my system is:
Windows 10 - I7 3960x - 32 GB RAM -
Latest Cuemix driver loaded today without any success.
MOTU: 2408 MK3 (analog-adat-adat), 24i, MIDI Express XT
