16a aux mix the channels are grayed out

Holler.

So I just got the 16a and am trying to go about setting up a cue/headphone mix using an aux channel. When I click on the aux channel in the mixer all the channels are greyed out. Can anyone tell me why? Should each aux be independently customizable?

Hmm, I haven't used those channels much. Sounds like they aren't enabled? On the interface page, are there enough in/out enabled as well?
