Best Quality QT Video/Audio Export Procedure

I created a video in Final Cut X. I then imported the video into DP and have created a soundtrack for it. As we know, DP has a bounce feature where video and audio can be exported together.
My question is regarding how to achieve the highest video/audio quality in the export.
1) Is it best to simply use the bounce feature in DP for the video and audio?
2) Or, would it be best to export the audio from DP, import it into Final Cut and then do the final video/audio export from Final Cut?
Would either approach achieve the same video/audio quality or is one preferable over the other? Also, are there any settings in either that would achieve the highest quality?
