Loading times of libraries?

Hey people,
I just purchased MachFive and I'm quite surprised about the long loading times.
I own the wurlitzer of acoustic samples. While this sample is loaded within three seconds with UVI Workstation, MachFive needs about 10-12 seconds for the same file. Whats wrong there?
I tried to adjust the settings for "Preload time" and "Ring Buffer Size". But those settings do not influence the loading time at all.... it really changes nothing.
Is this a normal behavior?
I'm running Win7 64bit.
