Just saw on MOTU site, Universal Audio Installer and Universal MIDI Installer have been updated.

Just the MIDI drivers. The audio drivers were not updated.

The Mac audio drivers are dated Oct 15 2014, and the post says they support OS 10.10. The Windows drivers are still dated Jan 2014.

The change log says "Improved compatibility with legacy operating systems", so probably not needed for all the bleeding edge users.
