M5 3 won't open banks

Just installed M5 3- love it so far, but many of the DVD banks don't work- Upright, Telematic, Star Drums, J Bass, Mark79, Percussiv, F Grand, and the second volume of the FX bonus just won't do anything when I click them. Biosphere, Universal, X-TremeFX are the only ones that seem to work- any ideas?

Hi SMS,
Maybe a stupid question but did you copy the banks on your hard drive?
Are you sure you follow the correct procedure to load the banks? (Double click on the program > chose the bank in the M5 browser)
Otherwise, you can find updates of the banks at motu.com. You could try to install these updates.

Yes to all the above. A couple of them work--- I even re-copied them to the drive... wil check for updates before calling MOTU.

Did you install the last M5 update as well, from the motu website? V 3.2.1?
The version on your DVD is not the last software update. It may be the problem...

Yes, and am downloading the updated soundbanks.
