presets are missing

Post by larryssp »

Since upgrading to Mach Five 3.2 and downloading the sample files when I open a session Mach Five does not load the presets but says it can't find the missing files. Searching doesn't help. All my samples are in the same place, on an external drive.

If I discard all errors I can reselect and load the presets again but this is just a work around.
Anyone have an idea why this could be happening.

Thanks,

Larry

Check this:

Also, be sure to set the directories again.

Thanks.

I opened Mach standalone and when I right click on Search it quits. I did launch a file and when I opened in DP all was there. However, I did not right click search Mach in a DP session.

Any ideas why in standalone it quit when using search?

It sounds like a plist or directory error. It might be worth a call to tech support. There's a way to re-establish the directories but I don't have the procedure in my head. It is in the manual.
