I've never had a problem with different versions of DP 7 running on the same
computer. I don't think there will be any problem with DP8 and DP7 on the same
computer. I say, install away..
If you have a Mac laptop, you can always use that as a "test" computer. That's
where I install new versions first.
Any advice on safest way to upgrade to DP 8?
