BROLLY re; VSL Ensemble routing problems.

Hi all
I'm doing this between jobs which is why my posts are so sporadic but thanks in advance for all the helpful answers your giving.
Ok, here's the problem.
I open up an instance of VEP5 from within DP {It's early days yet!!} I'll add two instances of VIPRO. Route clarinet to 'OUT3/OUT4 & route tuba to 'OUT5/OUT6'. I'll add 2 auxillaries go to route the input & I see 'Vienna Ensemble Pro-1 Out 3/4-5/6'. The only way to get past this is to continually restart the computer until DP displays the correct inputs.
How do i get around this?

Also how do I set up MIDI channels 1-16 in DP to use a single instance of Kontakt where i may want one instance of Kontakt to handle all my LASS 2 Violas?
