Cubase 6 & Ethno 2-No Audio Output Dropdown

If I open Ethno 2 in Cubase 6 and enable Expert Mode I should be able to click on each audio output and select whatever output I need to use for a particular instrument from a dropdown. However, I cannot get the dropdown to appear. So I have to open Ethno as a standalone app, create a multi, and then load the multi when I use Ethno in Cubase 6. Very cumbersome. How can I get the audio output dropdown to appear?
