No MOTU Audio device detected (pci 424+interf. 24 I/O)

Hi,
I would appreciate a lot if anybody could help me with the following issue.
I have already installed the card and the interface in my computer ((pci 424 express + interface 24 I/O).
The windows administrator of devices does not detect any conflict and everything is fine. However when I want to initiate the Console, or to install the card in SONAR, the card is not detected and an error message appears that reads "No MOTU Audio device detected".
Please, can anybody help me about how to solve this issue?.

My card recently did the same thing. I checked it on two systems and assumed it was dead. I wonder if they put a time bomb in their drivers again now...

thanks a lot for your reply!.
But, how is that possible? my card is completely new and I bought it a week ago.
So how can be possible that the card is not working?
do you know any way to fix it?

First, you should download and install the latest driver from motu.com. Then make sure you're opening MOTU PCI Audio Console (which controls the PCI-424 system), not MOTU Audio Console (which is used for MOTU FireWire and USB audio interfaces only).

The problem was in the drivers that I had installed.
