Hi...
How does one go about getting MIDI data from a groove I created in BPM into a 2 Bar MIDI Track/Region In Logic Pro 9?

Hold Option/Alt then click & drag the word PATTERN (above BPM's pattern menu, just above BPM's transport controls) to Logic's Arrange window.
