20 year old file opened right up

Post by buzzsmith »

I know that Shooshie has commented on this before, but today I needed to revisit a file that was done in 1990.

Opened right up with the same window positions as when it was saved 20 years ago.

Pretty cool.

(I have had some issues opening 4 to 5 year old files but not the really old [2.1?] files.)

I've had the same experience, Buzz. Just the other day I had to go back to some old files and it was totally painless. There's a lot of stuff MOTU gets right. 8)

It surprises me more that 1990 was 20 years ago. Weird …

That's great news.

I too have had better luck with my OLDEST files than some of the ones produced by interim versions of DP from around 2005-2006 or thereabouts.
