BPM 1.5 keeps saying, "The Installation Failed."

I'm having a problem installing BPM 1.5. It keeps saying, "The Installation Failed." I installed the Interlok extensions first, but still the installation failed. Any help? Thanks.

You need to log into the motu website and send a tech support request. They will more than likely ask for the error details and system info etc. Please be clear and give as much information as you can.

I tried MOTU TechLinks. Unable to help. Keep trying to install, but no go. Maybe I have a corrupted disc.

Your saying that Motu tech support sent you an email saying "keep trying to install"??

No, I kept trying the install. Motu is going to send me a new installer disc.

I received a new installer disc from MOTU. That was the problem. I had a corrupted disc. Whew.
