I have not seen any posts about using Ethno 2 and Sony Acid Pro 7 and I need help with a few topics.

Firstly, I'm running Acid Pro 7 as a 32 bit DAW on Windows 7 64bit. Not sure why , but it installed onto the "program files X86" folder.
Now, Ethno2 installed onto the 64bit program files folder. It works fine as standalone, but I can not use Ethno2 as a VST with Sony Acid Pro 7.

I've tried scanning all folders, using plugin manager in Acid. I'm thinking the problem may be that Ethno2 is in the 64bit program files folder and Acid is in the 32bit program files X86 folder. I've tried to cut and paste the "Ethno dll file" into Acid and my main VST folder, still nothing.

The library of sounds that comes with Ethno2 (21gigs) is installed on my second hard drive (E drive). Can anyone help please?

In order to work with 32bits sequencer, you need to run Ethno 2 32bits version.
So uninstall the 64bits version and install the 32 bits one.
It ends with Win32 instead of Win64 if I remember correctly.

Hope this helps.

Thanks hugy, I'll give it a try. Makes sense! I'll let you know if it works. It should.

Thanks again for your reply.
