does MSI have issues with Win7...?

I donwloaded the latest version of MSI about ten days ago and installed it on my new Win 7 laptop.
It installed and started to work with my Sonar OK.
I notice that MOTU don't yet affirm that MSI works with Win7 (unlike Ethno which I have too).
When I use Sonar, I lay down two tracks: Piano and Strings. There is some popping which I try and eliminate with the latency thing in Sonar, but every minute or two, disturbingly, a random chord will sound out from the Strings in MSI. Totally random.
I wonder if this is an issue with MSI or Sonar ?
