BPM forgets mapping everytime.

BPM does not remember MIDI-learn pad assignments. I'm using an MPD32 and everytime I launch a new instance of BPM, it forgets the mapping. I've tried setting as default and saving as template. Neither work. Very frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem?
