Korg N1 problem

Hi,
I'm a newbie here and i was wondering if someone could help me. I'm running unisyn 2.1.1 on a mac pro (osx 10.5.5) and i have Korg N1 connected to it. My problem is that i can only get the user banksin program and combi mode. Banks A B and C cannot be retrieved. Please someone help!
