what can I do with this thing..
DP and Reason.. virtual Instruments.?

I have a Ti 550 w/768 megs of ram and can playback 24 tracks smoothly with minimal plugins using an external FW drive. I can also run Reason and get some work done as long as I'm not loading large samples. If you're stuck with a 400 I would max out the ram and definitely use an external drive. It should be good for light work, or a dedicated cpu for Reason.

what drive do you have..? I have an external WD 120gig.. firewire/usb 7200RPM
