I am on the most powerful Mac Pro money can buy. RAM is MAXED out meaning you could NOT put in more if you wanted to.
BPM crashed PTHD 8 ALL THE TIME. And EVERY time.
Sound is great but the RTAS plug is insane I am VERY disappointed by MOTU releasing THE MOST BUGGY software of them all.
Even loading the Stand A Lone application takes longer that booting Protools.
This software is premature and NOT worthy of a release candidate.

Do you mind to post a crashlog ?
It would help to figure what's happening.
Which processor settings have you in Protools ?
What happen if you use one processor below your maximum number of processors ?
And some other information
Which osx version are you using ?
What were you doing when it crashed ?

Iam just curious,iam getting a M-box mini with protools Le 8 but for windows Vista.Do you think i will have the same problems even though its not a HD system?
I know iam on the OSX side but i just happen to see that BPM was having problems in protools and i wanted to know will encounter the same issues and can i also use the same fix someone used to fix the hang up,and i believe it was removing Pro Tools v8.0 Preference out the folder and that seem to fix it,so if anyone is useing BPM with Protools LE 8 let me know how you doing as well as windows.
