Ethno Audio Device

I am using Ethno as the stand alone version. I have MBox 2 as my interface but can't specify that in the audio device preference menu within Ethno. The only choice I have is "Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output" as the output device and "MME" and "Microsoft DirectSound" as the interface. Therefore I am unable to hear any audio from Ethno. How can I specify the correct output so I can hear it? MBox 2 is hooked up correctly because I am able to hear Ableton. Thanks for any help!
