Deviant Data was received - Unisyn 2.1.1 and Kurzweil K2VX

I am using Unisyn 2.1.1 and a Kurzweil K2VX. I reset my K2VX to factory default, load the K2000 Unisyn profile, and then attempt to get all Patches and Banks. It goes thru all the patches with only 1 time I have to click "Retry", but the rest of the data its trying to pull down it keeps saying "Deviant Data was received" and I have to keep clicking "retry", if it makes it past, there is always one shortly to follow with the same error. This is version 3.18j on the K2VX which I believe is the latest version.
Does anyone know what is the likely culprit?
I am running Leopard 10.5.5 on a G5 PPC Dual 1.8Ghz, 4GB of RAM, interface is a Digidesign MBOX2. I use this with Ableton Live, Pro Tools and Reason 4 without issue.
