Where is the MOTU Sonic Modulator?

anyone know? im looking at my DP manual and it has a section on the Sonic Modulator... i don't see it in my drop down menu of plug-ins... anyone have any ideas?

It's a mono/mono to stereo plugin.
It won't appear on a stereo insert.
Use the search engine, this has been discussed before.
