studio configuration

Post by greg oakley »

Hi. I posted this question yesterday and now I can't find it anywhere so I'll try once more. If this is somehow outside forum rules I didn't know.

I would like to hire someone as a consultant to help me set up and configure my DP/Mac-based studio and hardware/software. Not being very computer knowlegeable I don't mind paying someone a fair consulting fee for doing this. I'm assuming it will be done remotely unless someone lives in or close to Central IL.

Please contact me if interested. I need some help!

Regards, Greg

Greg, this may sound silly, but couldn't this be achieved by PM here on the board?
More intricate exchanges could still employ the 'phone.

Depending on what your hardware is, I may be able to help, as I'm sure would many others.
I've been in your situation many times, sometimes for years on end, and have through necessity learned some of the ins and outs of these situations, so to speak.

PM me if you'd like to pursue this further.
