It wasn't until I finally went UB that I realised how dependent I'd become on Trilogy for all my bass instruments. I've been keeping my eyes open for a good electric bass VI, and I've discovered a bloody ripper, as we say here in DownUnderLand. A real turban-spinner. It's called MockBass, and I like it even more than Trilogy. I bought the Production Pack for 54 Euros, and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality, the sound, and the quick response I've had with any questions I've had. The only qualifier is that you need either Kontakt 2 or Apple's ESX24 to run it. There's no demo available, but trust me. It's worth every cent.

Cool! Good to know you like it.
I looked at this one a few weeks ago. I bought their Bonzo drums when they came out.
Seems like a lot of good bass instruments recently.
Scarbee's Black bass is amazing

Pettinhouse's Direct Bass

I just can't bring myself to buy one of these since I own two bass guitars already. But the temptation persists.
