I just got in my 324 and 24i, which I bought on ebay. I did not install the driver before I physically installed it (I know I'm a bonehead for not reading the instructions.) I cancelled the windows automatic installation, and trying to open the installation file does nothing but make my cursor hourglass for 10 seconds. D/L'ed updated drivers do the same thing.
I have xp SP 2, can't roll back. Pentium Duocore. If I need to dual-boot another operating system I friggin will. My next step is to make sure everything isn't installed and remove the 324 from the case, then see if i can install, but I'm skeptical. Is there hope?
