I am having a weird problem I bet someone can easily diagnose. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to figure it out from studying the manual or by experimentation.
After I drag and drop MIDI data for an Ethno loop into a DP MIDI track, the sample played back sounds like it's flamming or flanging (i.e., as if it's getting routed twice a few milliseconds apart or processed somehow). No setting changes I make, whether before or after the data is copied, seem to have any effect. For what it's worth, I'm in Slice and Map mode.
Is there -- duh -- something obvious going on here? Many thanks!
