MSI can't be installed!

Post by sammf »

I tried to install installer CD after copy that DVD file to my local, but after searhing installed window, it automatically shut down and I can't complete this installation!! Both of stand alone and VST didin't work!
Does anybody know how complete this installation?

I don't have An Open GL-compatible video card with the latest graphics drivers (support for OpenGL 1.2 is required, with support for 1.5 or 2.0 preferred) in my local.

If u are going into applications/utilities and then disk utility and select repair permissions.

Sorry Mike-t3
I forgot to tell you that I am a pc user and I don't think Windows XP doesn't have the disk permission features! Or maybe I don't know how..............

My concern is that My video card on my local PC. When I read MSI requirement page on the website, it looks that I need viceo card called open GL? Does your mac have this kind of video card, Mark?

Thank you!

Yeah. My video card supports Open-GL.

I dont know what affect the video card not supporting Open-GL would be however I would have thought that at least the installation process would be able to complete and perhaps just the plugins preset browser wouldnt work.

Thank you for your help!
They emailed me back that I have to install new version 1.1.2. and reinstall it. I'd already tried it and it's not working!
I've wrote them back a week ago but they won't repsonse me. They don't know how to resolve this problem, I guess.

This is my first to get this kind of trouble in my life. MOTU is very poor product and bad customer support..........I will never buy MOTU PRODUCTS.

I should stick with it.

MOTU will get back to you. They are just somewhat slow.
