Hi there

I'm about to make the plunge from stereo recording to multichannel, and the 8pre looks at first ideal for my needs.

I record pretty loud bands and have had problems with overloading preamps. The -20db pad should come in handy.

How stable are the drivers for WinXP taking into account these are optimised music only machines?

How well do Motu interfaces work with ADAT equipped preamps?

Any help you can provide will be greatly recieved.
