I got the web address from an SOS article. I did successfully create an account and download the plugin. The SOS article was here: https://www.soundonsound.com/news/inter ... -comp-plug

Spitfire just released a free electric piano VI, which doesn’t sound too bad. If you want it, get it here:

A mild word of warning regarding the LABS series: While it is a very nice set of freebies, the installer app launches a background helper process that runs on every boot up and uses a small bit of CPU whether one is using the app or not. I went around in circles with Spitfire about this, and at first they denied it, and then just seemed to be confused about it. The process seems to be harmless enough, and you can delete it without affecting the LABS plugs. Find it here:

Hmmm...It looks like they revised the app. I'll have to check it out. The way I discovered the process was in Activity Monitor.

A rare freebie from iZotope. Get it here, if you're interested.

(Note for Mac users: It's not yet Mojave qualified.)

Free Double-M/S Decoder

Post by Rick Cornish »

If you’re shooting sound with the Schoeps double m/s setup or something similar, you could probably use this:

In Session Audio Fruit Shake Free thru Nov 21, 2018

Post by mikehalloran »

Never seen a freebie from these guys before. I bought Shimmer Shake awhile back on sale. Pretty good. For those who don't have Kontakt, it uses the free Kontakt Player. Hard to beat that.

https://insessionaudio.com/products/fru ... bde4932607

Between now and next Wednesday, get our new, free Kontakt Player library Fruit Shake.

Fruit Shake presents four fruit-shaped shakers and one carrot (for your good health!) in an easy-to-use interface based on our Shimmer Shake Strike percussion engine.

Designed for the free Kontakt Player platform, Fruit Shake is a musical, fun and simple way to add shaker sounds to a song, and is available at no cost for a limited time.
