I don't use my laptop for major music production, except for maybe notation and limited DP usage. I tend to use my laptop to test certain kinds of software updates, particularly with OSX.
So, I recently updated to 10.4.6 and I've found apps running slower-- much slower than before--- Safari in particular.
Anyon else experiencing sluggish 10.4.6 behavior?
10.4.6???

Depending upon the wireless network I am on, I've noticed speed issues. But on an ethernet network all is well.

Hey cuttime-- thanks for the tip. I've been searching for notes on this for a couple of days. Time to bookmark macfixit.com!!cuttime wrote:There are quite a few articles and remedies about this problem on Macfixit.com. Luckily I have not had this problem. I hope this helps.
Cheers.
