MSI on PC windows2000 with Cubase SX3?

Hi,

New here because I'm very interested in purchasing MSI.
Though I read a lot of less-happy users using PC windows platform.
Should I expect problems installing it on my computer?
I'm working with a P4 W2k machine and Cubase SX3 sequencer. For video I have the Matrox G550 dual-head AGP (telling you because I read about problems with videocards).

I'd like to receive comments of other users on the PC platform working with Cubase SX.
