Ethno Fatal Error in DP 5.1

Hi everyone,

I get the following message," Fatal Error. An unknown executable could not be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software" when I try the Add Instrument command in DP 5.1. DP crashes without second thought!

I use OSX 10.4.7 with Macbook pro 2.16 IntelCoreDuo, DP 5.1. Does anyone have a clue?

Does this happen with other VIs?
