Unable to view anything from within PT LE 6.4

Greetings,

I have unsuccessfully been trying to instantiate MSI from within Pro Tools LE 6.4 / Digi001 on a Windows XP Home platform. I copied the MSI.dat file to the C:\Program Files\MOTU\MSI\Plug-in directory (so it would be right next to the MSI.dll file) prior to installation.

I can see it being loaded as a plug-in when launching PT. But MSI or its presets do not show up on any of my Pro Tools inserts. The only instruments I have listed in the inserts menu for audio and Aux tracks is the click function. All of my other plug-ins work fine and are accessable from within PT.

Help!
