I opened DP 11 and now the songs I've been working on are greyed out.
I click and nothing opens. Would you be able to help out there?

It means that DP can’t see your projects.
The usual cause is that you moved the project folder to a new location. Find the project, double-click and it will open DP and the app will know where it is — problem solved. I do this all the time as I manage my active and archived projects.
If you have your projects on an external drive, can your Mac see the drive? If not, shut down, disconnect and reconnect the drive, then reboot.

Ok, It's still likely to be one of the two issues that I described. A screen shot doesn't tell us anything more than that.
