CueMix5 not see Ultralight mk5
New computer: motherboard MSI pro b760-p ddr4 ii, CPU Intel i7 12700, 64 GB RAM, etc. Win10 installed clean, all updates too. New drivers for the chipset and others have been installed. Cue mix5 does not see the device. The firewall is configured correctly, and could it be to blame for the problem? The funny thing is that on the same computer in the previously installed system the device worked fine! At first it didn’t work either, but after installing the chipset drivers it worked fine. But it doesn't work on the current system. Are there any options to fix the problem?

Yesterday I updated the BIOS to a more recent one due to problems with the ride array. Could my problem be related to this?
