Hi
I’m trying to get my Ultralite Mk5 to send the wet reverb signal to my Mac host to add subtle reverb to classical guitar when using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I don’t want the mic or reverb signal coming back out of my monitors nor use headphones.
I’ve tried setting the input tab/ Mic 1 /To USB Host to ‘Post Fx’ and creating loop backs to no effect.
The ticket I’ve opened with MOTU remains unanswered for 6 months and the Ultralite manual has not been updated to show the latest version of Cuemix.
Two questions:
Does any one have any ideas to how I can achieve my requirement?
Are MOTU always this rubbish on support?
Cheers
P

Re: Ultralite Mk5 + Reverb and Rubbish MOTU Support
Actually, no. They've been very good for most for some time now. I typically see a response within one business day.
Perhaps you might consider re-submitting your request...
You might also look at the new 828 Manual, as it may provide an updated CueMix guide.
