This is a fairly new install and user.
Control preferences appear to be right but shift/option/tilde won't pull up the vertical floater.
I am sure that I had it working before but updated to 11.3 and it s N/A.
Might just be a coincidence.
Is there an alternate method of opening that feature?
Does it only work when some other feature is in play?
Vertical toolbar won't pop up.

Re: Vertical toolbar won't pop up.
So, I shall answer my own question.
Yes, you must first release the toolbar from the dock by using the Studio menu.
DP has lots of adjustments to make one's preferences active and the app easier to use, but requires some expertise before one knows how to make it simpler. They all do, of course. All different.
