FILE CORRUPTED? control surface problems

Post by akr »

Hi guys, i hope some one could help me

I run DP10.13 on my old mac pro 3.1 under mac os 10.11
Tascam DM3200 is leads my all workflow as audio interface IFFW MKII, and as control surface USB
the control sufrace protocol is mackie contrl + mackie control exp to command 16 tracks and transport options.

All works fine, except for a single project, where scrolling down tracks on mix window do not corrispond
the first slot 1-16 is ok, when i scroll to 17-32 the mix windows adds 3 tracks, one as first, and two as least, showing 19 tracks.
the problem is that adding the first track, my faders on the dm3200 didn't match whit the tracks showed on the screen.
ONLY FOR THAT PROJECT, and only for that chunk

I already tried to reconfigure the control surface
I already tried to delete DP preferences JUST Precerences in Hidden Libray/ preferences /com. MOTU......
but not working,
maybe something wrong in the file?

i don't know

It may just be that not many people here have a Tascam DM3200?

Also this may be better off in the DP Troubleshooting forum since this doesn't really involve MOTU hardware which is what this forum is for. I'll move this topic there.

You don't need to post there. I moved this topic already.

Have you tried LOADING the project into a new, blank project file?

I can do that?

Exporting or bouncing files and load to an empty project?
