DP Control app no longer in app store or my icloud

I recently wanted to do a clean wipe of my ipad mini I purchased specifically to run Motu's DP Control app. When I went to the app store DP Control was simply gone, I even searched in my 'purchased' apps and it's no longer there. I luckily have a very old Iphone that still has the app installed but it's tiny compared tp my Ipad mini. I'm not aware of getting an app on any Apple devise without using the App store, I believe I am out of luck. So I am on the hunt for an app that will control DP transport functions that will rum on the ipad mini. Avid Control sadly does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, DP control hasn’t worked in years. I didn’t know Avid control won’t run on an iPad mini. That’s too bad. It works rather well.
