I described in another post how I'm using DP 9 and 10 to restore some old projects, so I'm switching back and forth between three versions, including DP 11.
I've noticed this a while ago in DP 11, but this project has confirmed something for me.
In DP 9 & 10, if you change Chunks in any tab (Chunk, Tracks, or Sequence), the other tabs change to the same Chunk. In DP 11, if you change Chunks in any tab, that's the only tab in which it changes. If I change Chunks in the Chunk tab, I have to manually change it in the Tracks and Sequence tabs. The Mixer tab follows one of the other tabs.
What would be the reason for this change in behavior? Or, is there a setting I've missed in DP 11?

Re: tabs not synchronized in DP 11
Jim, my recollection in V9, V10 and V11 is that if you play enable a different Sequence in the Chunks window, all edit tabs will change to that Sequence. But if you just select a different sequence in any of the edit windows without changing what is enabled, only that window changes.
But I notice that if you do the above, and then move back and forth between edit tabs, the sequence that shows in all tabs will be the one that is enabled rather than the one recently selected for the tab. I don't recall this in DP versions before V11, and it's not clear why this would happen. It seems to happen even if you pop tabs out of the consolidated window.
The manual is bit obscure on the topic.

Re: tabs not synchronized in DP 11
I noticed this on DP11 quite a while ago and MOTU is aware of it. No word on when they might fix it, though.
