Sorry for my silence, but no, I haven't resolved this issue yet. I've been dealing with some family matters over the past week and haven't had a chance to give them a call, but I will try this weekend.
If this fails, I would love to know if there's any other plug-in that does what this plug-in does (take sung audio input and harmonize it according to MIDI notes from a keyboard controller), and then I might cut my losses with this plug-in in that case.
Other than that, I might bite the bullet the other way and switch to Logic.
