Where can I find the maximizer and limiter?

I think I recall the Mac version years ago having these plugins. Are they available for the PC version? Or where can I purchase good ones? Are they called VST plugins or something? It's been years since I've done this, LOL. Take it easy on me. :P And thank you!

DP has a Plug-ins Guide that is separate from the Uer Guide.

It is accessible from within the Help menu or you can download it separately

It has instructions on the Spatial Maximizer and MasterWorks Limiter plug-ins.
