FWIW: Just ran the updater for UVI Portal and then updated Falcon. No issues at all.
(Running DP 11.2 under Monterey.)

Looks like 2.8.1 of Falcon just dropped today. Appears to just be minor maintenance update, although not sure about the "disable metal layer on OSX" item. Perhaps slightly slower graphics until they have some "proper fixes?"

I was able to use UVI Portal on my MBP on Big Sur and update. But on my MacPros in my studio the new UVI portal wasnt able to open up. On one I am on 14.3 the other 14.6. I just copied all the updated files from my MBP to the older computers.

At any rate, it brings it to parity with the v2.8.1 library that was posted the other day. They must've discovered some minor bugs at the last minute and opted to sort them out first, is my thinking.
