Ahhh. Sorry about that. I couldn’t remember. You CAN of course delete tracks but that’s a brute force approach.
I think I remember the other solution. You launch DP then before you load the project go into Prefs/Audio Plug-ins and uncheck MachFive 3. Then open project.
On connecting flight now. LOL Couldn’t remember without DP in front of me!

Of course! Uncheck it in Audio Plug-ins preferences. Why didn't I think of that?
Sounds like a less destructive solution than deleting it as a component in Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components.
